About DoorPrompts

DoorPrompts is a free library of 30 AI prompts and 11 calculators for people who run rentals and real estate businesses: property managers, independent landlords, investors and agents.

The prompts come from real operating workflows, like answering rental inquiries, triaging maintenance, abstracting leases, writing rent reminders and summarizing deals. They are rewritten as generic, reusable templates. Every prompt includes variables, an example output and tips, and works in the AI assistant you already use.

Principles

• Free and no signup. Copy any prompt, use any calculator.
• Private by default. Calculators and prompt variables run in your browser; we don't receive what you type.
• Fair housing first. Prompts describe properties and processes, never people, and avoid steering.
• Show the math. Calculators list their formulas, assumptions and the date we last reviewed them.
• Human in the loop. AI writes the draft; you review before anything goes to a tenant, owner or client.
